Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The aspiration from left breast mass reveals only fat cells and ductal cells.
Fat cells are normally present in breast so it is not possible to predict whether these cells are from breast lesion or normal breast parenchyma.
An ultrasound guided aspiration will help to specifically target the breast lesion.
It is possible to determine the nature of breast lump after studying the nature of aspirated cells from the breast lesion.

Thanks and take care

Radiologist Dr. Elijah Kwasa's  Response
Hello,

The fnac report shows that it is a benign (NOT cancer) lesion in your left breast.
For now, you do not need to do anything. However, you should continue doing your annual breast checks.

All the best.
